Account and Personal Data Deletion Request
At MK Health / MK Pathology Lab, we respect your right to privacy and control over your personal data. In compliance with Google Play Developer Policies and global data protection standards, users can request complete deletion of their account and associated data.
Option 1: In-App Instant Account Deletion
- Open the MK Health or MK Collector app.
- Go to Settings → Profile / Account Settings.
- Tap on Delete Account.
- Confirm the prompt. Your account login and authentication credentials will be immediately deactivated.
Option 2: Web / Email Data Deletion Request
If you no longer have access to the mobile application, you can submit a deletion request by sending an email from your registered email address to:
Email: support@mkpathologylab.in
Subject: Data Deletion Request - [Your Registered Mobile Number]
Please include the following details in your email:
- Full Name
- Registered Mobile Number / Email Address
- Reason for deletion (Optional)
What Data Is Deleted?
- User profile data (Name, Email, Phone number, Profile image, Saved addresses).
- Device tokens (FCM push notification tokens) and login credentials.
- Payment history profiles and active app sessions.
Data Retention Policy
Diagnostic laboratory records and billing invoices may be retained for the minimum statutory period required by Indian healthcare compliance laws and clinical diagnostic record-keeping regulations, after which all records are securely purged.
All verified deletion requests submitted via email will be processed within 30 days.
