1. Appointment Cancellation

• You may cancel or reschedule your home sample collection appointment free of charge before the phlebotomist has been dispatched for pickup.
• Cancellations requested after the phlebotomist is en-route or after sample collection has been completed may not be eligible for a full refund.

2. Refunds

• If a test booking is cancelled prior to sample collection dispatch, the full paid amount will be refunded to the original payment source within 5–7 business days.
• If a sample is deemed unfit for processing by our lab, a re-collection will be scheduled at no extra cost, or a full refund will be initiated if re-collection is not feasible.
