To provide laboratory diagnostics, home sample collection, and health report delivery, we collect the following types of information:

  • Personal Information: Full name, age, date of birth, gender, email address, phone number, and physical home/collection address.
  • Health and Medical Information: Diagnostic test selections, doctor prescriptions, medical test reports, health test history, and special collection instructions.
  • Location Data:
    • Approximate and Precise Location: Collected from customers to verify sample pickup addresses and locate nearest phlebotomists.
    • Collector / Phlebotomist Location: Collected from sample collectors during active collection duty to provide real-time tracking, optimize sample pickup dispatch, and ensure timely sample transit to laboratory facilities.
  • Device and Technical Data: Device identifiers (FCM tokens for push notifications), operating system, IP address, and application crash logs for maintenance and performance.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To schedule and fulfill home sample collection appointments and diagnostic lab test orders.
  • To generate, verify, and securely deliver pathology test reports and invoices.
  • To communicate critical booking updates, phlebotomist arrival notifications, and report readiness via SMS, push notifications, and email.
  • To assign and route phlebotomists efficiently for timely sample pickup.
  • To process billing, invoices, and payment receipts.
  • To comply with statutory medical records and healthcare compliance regulations.

3. Data Sharing and Security

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal or medical data. Your information is strictly shared only with:

  • Authorized phlebotomists and certified lab technicians required to process your test orders.
  • Secure cloud storage, SMS gateway, and payment gateway service providers bound by strict confidentiality and data protection agreements.
  • Government or regulatory authorities if mandated by law or valid statutory requirements.

All data transmitted between our mobile apps, website, and servers is encrypted using industry-standard HTTPS / SSL (TLS encryption) protocols.

4. Data Retention Policy

We retain personal and diagnostic information only for as long as necessary to provide testing services, maintain health records for patient access, and fulfill legal or regulatory obligations. When an account is deleted or upon a verified deletion request, personal identifying data is permanently removed within 30 days, except where medical records must be retained under applicable statutory healthcare compliance laws.

5. Children’s Privacy

Our services are intended for use by adults (18 years and older). Parents or legal guardians may book diagnostic tests on behalf of minors under their supervision.

6. Your Rights and Data Deletion

You have the right to access, review, and request correction or permanent deletion of your account and personal data. You can initiate account deletion directly within the mobile application (Account → Delete Account) or by visiting our Data Deletion Request Page.
